Whether you’re booking your first massage or returning for another treatment, here you’ll find information about the treatments I offer, what to expect and how to manage your appointment.

If you’re unsure about anything, please email ana@fasciamassage.co.uk. I’m happy to help.

Booking and preparing for your appointment

Who will my appointment be with?

All appointments booked through Fascia Massage are with me, Anastasia. I run the practice independently, so you’ll see the same therapist each time.

What qualifications and professional memberships do you hold?

My qualifications and training include:

  • Level 5 Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage.

  • Therapeutic Massage.

  • Integrated Myofascial Release.

  • Face Massage.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).

How do I book a massage?

You can choose your treatment, appointment length and available time through my online booking system.

Your appointment is confirmed once full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued. Please check the date, time and treatment details carefully.

Appointments are available by advance booking only; I don’t offer walk-in appointments.

Can I book a same-day massage?

Yes, subject to availability. Appointments can be booked online up to two hours before the start time.

Do you offer appointments outside your advertised hours?

No. Appointments are available only within my stated working hours. Please check the online booking calendar for available times.

Which massage should I book if I’m unsure what I need?

You don’t need to know which technique your body needs before coming in. Let me know what you would like help with, whether that’s shoulder tension, stiffness, discomfort after exercise or simply time to relax.

If you’re unsure which service or appointment length to choose, email me before booking. During your consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and agree on a suitable approach.

How long are appointments?

Appointments may be available for 50, 75 or 100 minutes, depending on the treatment.

The booked time includes your consultation, any assessment, getting undressed and dressed, hands-on treatment and relevant aftercare discussion. It is not entirely hands-on massage time.

Please be ready to begin your consultation at your scheduled appointment time.

What happens at my first appointment?

We’ll begin by discussing your relevant health history, any discomfort or concerns, and what you would like from the session. We’ll complete your consultation information together and discuss the treatment before starting.

Where appropriate, I may ask you to make a few simple movements to help guide the session. We’ll also agree on pressure, positioning and the areas you’re comfortable having treated.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear something comfortable and easy to change out of.

Please bring comfortable shorts if you would like treatment around your hips or upper legs. Ideally, choose shorts that allow you to move freely.

You can undress to a level you feel comfortable with. We’ll discuss suitable positioning and covering before treatment begins.

Do I need to arrive early?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to find the entrance and be ready to begin at your appointment time.

Arriving a little early can help you settle in without feeling rushed, although I may still be with another client. Outside the building’s usual access hours, I’ll meet you at the main entrance.

How much do treatments cost?

Current prices are shown in the online booking system before payment. The price depends on the treatment and appointment length.

Your booking price covers the agreed service. Any additional treatment or extension must be discussed and agreed before an extra charge is made.

How do I pay? Do you accept American Express?

Appointments must be paid for in full when booking online; I don’t take deposits.

If we agree on an additional service or an extension on the day, any extra balance can be paid by card.

American Express is not accepted.

Do you offer treatment packages?

No. Appointments are booked and paid for individually, so you can choose when to return without committing to a package.

Will I receive a booking confirmation and reminder?

You’ll receive a booking confirmation by email and a reminder by text.

Please provide an accurate email address and mobile number, check your confirmation and save the appointment in your calendar. If your confirmation hasn’t arrived, check your junk folder and contact me if needed.

Reminders are a courtesy. The cancellation and attendance policies still apply if a reminder is missed, delayed or not received.

What if I can’t find my confirmation email or the cancellation link doesn’t work?

Check your junk or spam folder first. If you still can’t find the email or use the link, contact me promptly at ana@fasciamassage.co.uk, giving your name and appointment date and time.

Please don’t assume your appointment has been cancelled or moved until the change has been confirmed.

Do you offer home visits?

No. All treatments take place at my Wimbledon studio.

Cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals

What is your cancellation policy?

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment if you need to cancel.

Under my standard cancellation policy:

  • At least 24 hours’ notice: a full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment price is refunded and 50% is retained as a late-cancellation charge.

  • A missed appointment or arrival too late for treatment: no refund under the no-show policy.

These arrangements are subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights. Full details are in my Terms & Conditions.

Why do you ask for at least 24 hours’ notice?

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. With enough notice, I have a better opportunity to offer it to another client.

As an independent therapist, a cancellation at short notice can leave an appointment that I’m unable to refill. Thank you for keeping this in mind when booking or changing your visit.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Please use the buttons at the bottom of your booking confirmation email. These take you directly to the options for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment.

If you have difficulty making a change, contact me as soon as possible at ana@fasciamassage.co.uk.

Can I reschedule instead of cancelling?

Yes. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule without a charge, subject to availability.

With less than 24 hours’ notice, the change may be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% charge may apply. Moving the appointment does not remove a charge already incurred for changing the original booking at short notice.

The same booking can be rescheduled a maximum of three times. After that, I may cancel it and refund any unused payment, less any valid cancellation charges.

What does “24 hours’ notice” mean?

It means a full 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

For example, if your appointment is at 10 am on Saturday, you need to cancel or reschedule by 10 am on Friday to meet the standard notice requirement.

What if I’m unwell or have an emergency?

Please contact me as soon as possible if you’re unwell or an emergency prevents you from attending.

Genuine emergencies are considered individually. I may ask for reasonable supporting information before considering an exception, credit or additional refund. An exception isn’t guaranteed.

Please don’t attend with an illness that could put another person at risk simply to avoid a cancellation charge; contact me so we can discuss the situation.

What if you manage to fill my cancelled appointment?

If I’m able to refill your cancelled appointment at short notice, I will issue you a full refund.

Can someone else use my appointment if I can’t attend?

Please contact me before sending someone in your place. A replacement client would need their own consultation and suitability checks, and the change must be agreed in advance.

What happens if I arrive late?

Please let me know as soon as you realise you’re running late.

Your appointment will still finish at its original end time. Your consultation and treatment may need to be shortened or adapted to fit the time remaining safely.

The full appointment price remains payable, and time lost because of your late arrival is not refunded.

Can you skip the consultation if I’m late?

I still need enough time to check relevant health information, discuss the treatment and obtain your consent.

We may need to focus on fewer areas or change the planned session. If there isn’t enough time to complete the necessary consultation and provide appropriate treatment safely, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

How late is too late to receive treatment?

If you arrive 35 minutes or more after your scheduled start time, your appointment will normally be treated as a no-show.

However, arriving less than 35 minutes late does not guarantee that treatment can go ahead. This depends on the appointment length, the consultation required and whether enough time remains to provide a safe, appropriate treatment.

Please aim to arrive on time rather than treating this threshold as a grace period.

Will I receive a partial refund if my massage is shorter because I’m late?

No. If your appointment is shortened because you arrive late, the full booked price still applies.

Your payment reserves the appointment time, including the part you were unable to attend.

Can you add the missed time to the end of my appointment or my next visit?

Time missed through late arrival cannot be carried over to another appointment or added as a complimentary extension.

Appointments finish at their scheduled time so that the next client’s booking can begin as planned.

What if traffic, public transport delays or parking make me late?

Please check your journey in advance and allow extra time for traffic, transport disruption and parking.

Morning traffic in Wimbledon can be particularly busy. During winter, it is also sensible to check for weather-related disruption before leaving.

Travel delays do not automatically change the late-arrival or cancellation policy. If a genuine emergency occurs, please contact me so I can consider the circumstances.

What happens if I miss my appointment completely?

An appointment you do not attend is treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund under the standard policy.

The same applies when you arrive too late for a safe and appropriate treatment. Genuine emergencies are considered individually.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds under the standard cancellation policy are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation being accepted.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Do online bookings have any additional cancellation rights?

Depending on the circumstances, a statutory cancellation right may apply to an online booking or gift-voucher purchase.

This is separate from the standard 24-hour appointment policy. Where a statutory right applies, it takes priority.

Please see the “Statutory cancellation rights for online purchases” section of my Terms & Conditions, or email me about your booking.

What happens if you need to cancel my appointment?

If I cancel before your appointment begins, you’ll be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

I’ll contact you using the details provided with your booking, so please keep them up to date. As I work independently, I cannot provide a replacement therapist.

What if a fire alarm or building emergency interrupts my treatment?

Your safety comes first. Treatment will stop, and we’ll follow the building’s safety instructions.

A brief interruption does not normally lead to an extension or refund. If the treatment cannot begin, cannot safely resume or is substantially shortened, I’ll consider what has been provided and an appropriate resolution, such as rescheduling remaining time, a credit or a refund where appropriate or required.

Please see the Terms & Conditions for the full policy.

Massage treatments available in Wimbledon

What treatments do you offer?

I offer:

  • Sports and remedial massage.

  • Myofascial release.

  • Therapeutic massage.

  • Face massage, using therapeutic massage techniques.

  • Stomach and respiratory massage, using sports and remedial massage techniques.

Depending on your needs, a session may include a combination of techniques. We’ll discuss the approach during your consultation.

See my treatments page for an overview and the booking system for current availability.

What is sports massage? Do I need to be sporty to book it?

You don’t need to be an athlete to book sports massage.

It is a focused treatment for muscular tension and movement-related discomfort. Clients may come because of exercise, physical work, long hours at a desk or everyday stiffness.

We’ll discuss the areas you’d like to work on and adapt the pressure and techniques to you.

What is remedial massage?

Remedial massage describes a targeted approach to a particular concern, such as neck tension, a stiff shoulder or discomfort associated with repetitive activity.

The session is guided by your consultation and may combine different soft-tissue techniques. It is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for physiotherapy or other healthcare when those are needed.

What is therapeutic massage?

Therapeutic massage offers a gentler, soothing approach for people who would like to relax and ease everyday tension.

It can be a good choice if you prefer less intense pressure or want a calmer session focused on comfort. We’ll still tailor the treatment to your preferences and relevant health information.

What is the difference between deep tissue massage and myofascial release?

Deep tissue massage generally uses focused pressure to work with muscular tension. Myofascial release often uses slower, sustained contact or gentle stretching of the soft tissues.

The sensations can be quite different, and techniques may overlap within a session. More pressure is not automatically more useful; we’ll choose an approach that feels appropriate for you.

What does therapeutic face massage involve?

This treatment focuses on the face, jaw, neck and scalp. It may suit someone who carries tension around the jaw or would like a gentle, relaxing treatment for these areas.

We’ll discuss the techniques beforehand. The focus is on muscle relaxation and easing tension, rather than changing your appearance.

Do you offer buccal massage inside the mouth?

Yes, when appropriate, therapeutic face massage may include buccal massage, which involves working inside the cheeks using gloves.

This is optional and requires your consent. You can choose to have the treatment entirely outside the mouth.

Please tell me about recent dental work, oral discomfort or other relevant concerns before the appointment.

Can I book a massage for jaw tension or TMJ discomfort?

You can contact me about massage for tension around the jaw, face and neck.

We’ll discuss your symptoms and whether treatment is appropriate. Massage does not diagnose or correct dental or jaw-joint conditions, so I may recommend that you consult a dentist or another healthcare professional.

What is stomach and respiratory massage?

This treatment focuses on the abdominal area, rib cage and the tissues around the diaphragm.

We’ll discuss your reasons for booking, relevant medical history and your comfort with abdominal work before proceeding. You can decline treatment of any area.

It is not a treatment for an undiagnosed digestive or breathing condition.

Can different techniques be combined in one appointment?

Yes, where appropriate. Your session can include a combination of sports, remedial, therapeutic and myofascial techniques.

We’ll agree on priorities at the start. Some specialist treatments require a particular booking or more time, so please contact me beforehand if you want to combine specific services.

Can you treat several areas in one session?

We can often work on more than one area, but this depends on the appointment length and how much focused attention each area needs.

If you have several concerns, we’ll agree on the most useful priorities. A longer appointment gives us more time, but it doesn’t guarantee that every area can be treated thoroughly in one visit.

Is a full-body massage always the best choice?

Not necessarily. If one or two areas are bothering you, spending more time on those areas may be more useful than trying to cover the whole body.

Tell me your priorities during the consultation. We’ll agree on what can reasonably be covered within your booked time.

Can I book just for relaxation, even if I’m not in pain?

Yes. You don’t need an injury or a particular problem to book a massage.

You may simply want a quieter moment in your week or a gentle treatment for everyday tension. Let me know what you enjoy and whether you prefer a lighter approach.

Can I book for neck and shoulder tension from desk work?

Yes. You can book a session focused on your neck, shoulders and upper back.

We’ll discuss where you feel discomfort, how it affects you and what you would like from the appointment. Treatment will be adapted to your comfort rather than automatically using strong pressure.

Should I book massage or physiotherapy?

If you’re looking for hands-on treatment for everyday muscular tension or time to relax, massage may be a suitable option.

If you need an injury assessed, a diagnosis clarified or a structured rehabilitation programme, a physiotherapist or another appropriate healthcare professional may be a better starting point.

If you’re unsure, please contact me before booking and tell me what you would like help with.

Can I have massage while seeing a physiotherapist?

Massage may be used alongside physiotherapy where appropriate.

Please tell me about your current treatment, exercises and any restrictions your physiotherapist has given you. Your massage should fit around that advice and should not replace your rehabilitation programme.

Do I need a GP referral to book a massage?

You can normally book directly without a GP referral.

However, depending on your symptoms or medical history, I may ask you to seek medical advice or clearance before treatment. Booking an appointment does not automatically mean every treatment will be suitable.

Understanding fascia and myofascial release

What is fascia?

Fascia is connective tissue found throughout the body. It surrounds and supports muscles and other structures and contributes to how tissues move in relation to one another.

It forms part of your body’s wider system of movement and support.

What does “myofascial” mean?

“Myo” refers to muscle, and “fascial” refers to fascia. The term describes muscles and their associated connective tissues.

What is myofascial release?

Myofascial release is a hands-on approach that works with the muscles and surrounding connective tissues, often using slow, sustained pressure.

It may help some people with discomfort or restricted movement, although research is still developing and individual responses vary.

What does myofascial release feel like?

It may feel like sustained contact, a gentle stretch or focused pressure. The pace can be slower than a traditional massage.

Tell me if anything feels uncomfortable. You don’t need to tolerate pain for the treatment to be worthwhile.

Is all myofascial release the same?

No. Different practitioners use different techniques under the term “myofascial release”.

Your session may therefore feel different from a treatment you’ve had elsewhere. If you’re looking for a particular approach, please contact me before booking so we can check whether my treatment matches your expectations.

Does feeling tight mean my fascia is damaged or stuck?

Not necessarily. A feeling of tightness alone does not tell us which tissue is involved or whether there is damage.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your symptoms and treatment suitability. I do not diagnose fascial damage or medical conditions.

Can myofascial release cure pain or permanently remove tension?

I cannot promise a cure or a permanent result.

Some people notice a change after treatment; others experience little benefit or need a different type of support. We’ll review your response and discuss whether further massage is appropriate.

Persistent, unexplained or worsening pain should be assessed by a suitable healthcare professional.

Comfort, consent and treatment suitability

I’m nervous about having a massage. Can we take it slowly?

Of course. Please let me know if it’s your first massage or if a previous treatment made you uncomfortable.

We can talk through what will happen before beginning, start gently and check in as we go. You can ask questions, decline a technique or stop at any time.

Does massage need to hurt to be effective?

No. You do not need to endure painful pressure.

Please tell me if the treatment feels too strong, too light or uncomfortable. We can adjust the pressure, change the technique, reposition you or pause.

Can I ask you to avoid an area or stop the treatment?

Absolutely. Your consent is ongoing.

You can decline treatment of any area, ask for more covering, change position, pause or stop at any time. You don’t need to continue with something that makes you uncomfortable.

Can I have a quiet appointment?

Yes. You’re welcome to relax quietly during the hands-on treatment.

We’ll still need to discuss your health information and treatment preferences, and I may check in about pressure or comfort. Please always let me know if you need an adjustment.

Can I bring a support person to my appointment?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring a support person. Please let me know beforehand so I can prepare for their attendance and help you feel comfortable.

What if I can’t comfortably lie on my front?

Please tell me before your appointment if possible.

We can discuss alternative positioning and support, and whether your chosen treatment can be adapted. You don’t need to remain in a position that causes discomfort.

What health information do you need?

Please tell me about relevant medical conditions, injuries, medication, allergies, skin sensitivities, recent surgery, infections, pregnancy or possible pregnancy, and any advice or restrictions from a healthcare professional.

Tell me about changes before each appointment, even if we completed your consultation information recently.

This helps me decide whether treatment is suitable and whether it needs to be adapted.

Are there times when massage may not be suitable?

Yes. Depending on your health, symptoms or recent treatment, massage may need to be adapted, postponed or declined.

If you’re unsure, contact me before booking. In some circumstances, I may ask you to obtain medical advice or clearance first.

Massage is not a substitute for medical assessment, particularly for unexplained, severe, persistent or worsening symptoms.

Do you offer pregnancy massage?

No. I do not currently provide treatments during pregnancy.

Please let me know before attending if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.

Can I have massage after surgery or an injury?

Please contact me before booking with details of the injury or procedure and any advice you’ve received from your healthcare professional.

Suitability depends on your recovery and the treatment requested. Medical assessment or clearance may be needed before massage can go ahead.

Should I book a massage for a newly pulled muscle or sprained ankle?

A fresh injury may need assessment before massage. Massage directly over a new sprain or strain is generally avoided during the first couple of days.

Please tell me when the injury happened and whether you have swelling, bruising or difficulty using the affected area. If necessary, seek medical advice before booking rather than using massage as the first step.

Do you treat clients under 18?

Under-18 appointments require prior agreement and must be arranged directly with me.

A parent or legal guardian must approve the booking, provide relevant health information and accompany the young person. They should remain present during the consultation and treatment unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The young person’s own consent and comfort will always be respected.

Can I have face massage after Botox, fillers or dental treatment?

Please contact me before booking and follow the aftercare advice given by the professional who carried out your procedure.

For facial injections and cosmetic facial procedures, my usual booking policy is to wait at least six months before face massage. This is a practice policy, rather than a universal medical waiting period, and does not automatically mean treatment will be suitable after six months.

Following invasive facial surgery, some techniques may remain unsuitable. Recent dental work also needs to be discussed individually so we can decide whether to proceed, adapt the session or postpone.

What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

Please tell me before treatment, including any known reactions to oils, skincare products or latex.

I typically use Songbird Unscented Fascial Release Wax. Unscented products can still contain ingredients that cause a reaction, so please let me know about specific allergies.

Do I need to remove makeup before face massage?

Yes, please arrive without makeup. I cleanse the face with a facial toner before treatment.

Please let me know about any skin sensitivities, allergies or irritation before we begin.

Can I eat before my massage?

You don’t need to arrive hungry. For comfort, avoid having a large meal immediately before your appointment, especially if you’ll be lying on your stomach or receiving abdominal work.

If you need to eat regularly because of a medical condition, follow your usual medical advice and let me know about any positioning needs.

Can I change the treatment I booked when I arrive?

Please tell me at the start if your needs have changed.

Where appropriate, we can adapt the techniques or focus within your booked appointment. A different specialist treatment or a longer session may not be possible without advance notice.

Any change in price will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.

Can I extend my appointment on the day?

An extension is only possible if there is enough availability and we agree on the additional time and price.

Please book the length you need in advance wherever possible. Time missed through late arrival cannot be replaced with a complimentary extension.

Massage, exercise and sporting events

Can I exercise after a sports massage?

This depends on the treatment, how you feel afterwards and the exercise you have planned.

Gentle movement may be comfortable, but it’s sensible to leave some flexibility around a demanding workout, particularly after a stronger treatment or your first session. If you feel sore or tired, reduce the intensity rather than pushing through.

Please tell me about any training planned for later that day so we can discuss an appropriate approach.

Should I book a sports massage before or after a race?

Tell me what event you’re preparing for, when it takes place and how you usually respond to massage.

A session before an event may need a different approach from one booked afterwards. It’s best to avoid experimenting with an unfamiliar, intensive treatment immediately before an important race.

There isn’t one ideal appointment time for everyone, so please contact me if you’re unsure when to book.

Can I have a massage straight after a marathon or demanding event?

Please contact me before booking, particularly if you’re unusually sore, have swelling or think you may have injured yourself.

The right timing and pressure depend on how you’ve recovered and whether treatment is appropriate. A deep massage is not automatically the best choice immediately after a demanding event.

Results and aftercare

Will one massage be enough?

That depends on what you’re hoping to achieve and how you respond.

Some clients book an occasional session; others choose further appointments. I cannot promise a particular outcome or number of treatments. We can discuss your response without committing you to an ongoing course.

How often should I have a massage?

There isn’t one schedule that suits everyone.

We can discuss a frequency based on your goals, response, preferences and budget. If massage isn’t helping, we should reconsider the approach rather than simply continuing the same treatment.

What should I do after my massage?

Give yourself a moment to get up and notice how you feel before leaving. We can discuss any relevant aftercare at the end of your appointment.

You don’t need an elaborate routine. Keep activity comfortable, drink normally and avoid pushing through any new discomfort. Contact me if you have concerns about your response to the session.

Is it normal to feel sore afterwards?

Some people experience temporary tenderness, soreness or tiredness after treatment. Others do not.

Soreness is not a measure of how successful the massage has been. Please contact me with concerns, and seek medical assessment for unusual, severe, worsening or persistent symptoms.

Can I go back to work after my appointment?

You may feel ready to return to your usual day, although some people feel relaxed, tired or tender afterwards.

Let me know if your work involves heavy lifting, demanding physical activity or a task where you need to be particularly alert. This can help us plan the session.

Do you provide exercises or a mobility programme?

Where appropriate, I may discuss general stretches, movement or self-care suggestions.

These are educational suggestions, not a formal mobility programme, personalised rehabilitation prescription or replacement for physiotherapy.

What if the treatment doesn’t help or feels different from what I expected?

Please tell me about your preferences before and during the session so I can make reasonable adjustments.

Responses vary, and I cannot guarantee pain relief or another particular result. A lack of the hoped-for benefit, or a different experience from a previous massage, does not by itself qualify for a refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights where a service has not been provided with reasonable care and skill or has been materially misdescribed.

How do I raise a concern about my treatment?

Please email ana@fasciamassage.co.uk with your name, appointment date, treatment booked, what concerns you and the outcome you would like.

I aim to provide an initial response within seven working days. If I need more time to investigate, I’ll let you know.

Finding the Wimbledon studio

Where is Fascia Massage in Wimbledon?

The studio is at:

Fascia Massage
The Old Town Hall, Huddle
4 Queens Road
Wimbledon, London
SW19 8YB

The entrance is on Wimbledon Hill Road, next to Wimbledon Quarter. Please check the entrance photograph and directions rather than relying only on the map pin for Queens Road.

You can find these on my Find Me page.

What should I do when I arrive?

During usual building access hours, press the buzzer on the outside wall and enter through the main door. Take the lift to the first floor, where I’ll meet you in the waiting area.

Outside 9 am–5 pm, I’ll come downstairs to meet you at the main entrance.

Is there parking nearby?

The nearby Centre Court/Wimbledon Quarter car park is an option, but it can be busy or full, and finding a space may take time.

Please allow extra time for parking and walking to the entrance, particularly during busy periods. Parking delays do not automatically extend your appointment or change the late-arrival policy.

Is the studio accessible?

The treatment room is on the first floor, and the building has a lift.

If you have particular access or mobility requirements, please contact me before booking so we can check the arrangements together.

What days are you open?

I currently offer appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Available times are shown in the online booking system. Please check there for current availability and holiday changes.

Gift vouchers

Can I buy a massage gift voucher?

Yes. Gift vouchers can be purchased by adults aged 18 or over and used by a medically suitable recipient aged 18 or over.

Please check that the intended recipient can receive the treatment before purchasing.

How long are gift vouchers valid?

Gift vouchers are normally valid for three months from purchase, unless a different period is clearly stated when purchased.

Please check the expiry date and arrange redemption in good time. Vouchers cannot normally be extended after expiry.

Can I transfer a gift voucher to someone else?

Yes. During its validity period, a voucher may be transferred to another medically suitable person aged 18 or over.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are subject to any applicable statutory cancellation rights and the full voucher terms.

What if the treatment price increases after I buy a voucher?

A voucher for a named treatment can be used for that treatment during its original validity period without an additional charge solely because the standard price has increased.

Still have a question? Please email ana@fasciamassage.co.uk, and I’ll be happy to help.

You can view available appointments and book online here. Please read the Terms & Conditions before booking.
